Andrew Osenga will join us for an\u00a0evening of songs and stories on Thurday, May 3 at 7 pm<\/b>.<\/p>\n
A 20-year music industry veteran, he founded the rock band, The
\nNormals, was a member of Caedmon\u2019s Call, and has released many solo projects as
\na singer-songwriter. He\u2019s also worked as producer and songwriter for many
\nartists and toured with Andrew Peterson, Jars of Clay, and Steven Curtis
\nChapman.<\/p>\n
Andrew will release a solo project called\u00a0The
\nPainted Desert<\/i>\u00a0in 2018 and describes the album as \u201csongs
\nof beauty and hope out of a season of fear and doubt.\u201d Please join us on
\nMay 3 as he shares songs from his new project along with old favorites.<\/p>\n
Local artist, Claybrook<\/b>, will open. Claybrook\u00a0is a Heavy
\nMellow band, the project of singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist,
\nStephen Claybrook. His\u00a0songs serve as a melancholy travel diary of the
\ntreacherous inward journey through the swamps of the soul and the reemergence
\ninto hopeful engagement with fellow travelers. The \u201cheavy mellow\u201d
\ndescription came from a touring artist who compared Claybrook\u2019s music to an
\nacoustic Radiohead.<\/p>\n
This house concert will provide a unique and intimate setting to
\nexperience the artists\u2019 music. Seating is limited. Doors will open at 6:30 pm.
\nThe event location will be provided after you reserve a seat, usually within 24
\nhours. We are conveniently located near North Raleigh and Wake Forest.<\/p>\n
